Excellent experience for my Mother's birthday here. Will definitely come here again to try the other menus. Prompt and accomodating service, exceptional flavors, great vibe and ambiance. Brunch had a wide variety of tastes, something for everyone. Price and portions on point.

Table at the Lake is a renowned establishment here at the Lake. With our limited dining options, this restaurant is a standout. While I've had two unfortunate encounters with the lamb, which was mostly fat, the majority of my experiences have been excellent. The positive experiences far outweigh these isolated incidents, and I'm confident that Table at the Lake will continue to uphold its reputation for quality dining.

"A gem of exquisite cuisine and service nestled in the Lake Oconee Reynolds area." OMG!!!! YES!!!! That's all I could say for the first bites of each dish we ordered. A group of six of us went for dinner and we loved it so much we went back for brunch! Let me preface this with saying that I spent nine years traveling all over the country and part of my job was (and is) “wining and dining” healthcare executives and surgeons. I've also lived in NYC, Chicago, San Diego, Los Angles, and West Palm Beach (which means I know what excellent food and service should be, as do the other two couples we were with....the bar is always set VERY high). First of all, the ambiance is amazing! The proprietors bring a mixture of the Chicago excellence to the southern charm of Greensboro, GA in a perfect harmony of colors, textures, smells, and visual graphics. The service is also Forbes 5 star in my opinion. Between John and Geoff (the owners) and the incredible staff they have, you feel like you've walked into your "locals spot" even on your first visit, but with a "we plan to earn your business every single time" attitude. If you can, go with a group so you can share a lot of options (dine family style). We HIGHLY recommend the Tomahawk steak to share as a starter or as part of your main. The fancy curly fries are a must, and quite honestly every dish our group had at dinner was a winner. For brunch try the Smashburger, pancakes, and ALL the sauces. My friends and I plan to come back here since we had such a great stay at the Ritz at Lake Oconee down the road and want to come back to enjoy the resort again. I HIGHLY suggest making advance reservations at Table at the Lake a few times if you're here for more than 4 days.

We were so excited that you guys were able to accommodate our last-minute reservations. We sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! As crazy as it sounds, the sweet potatoes were probably the best I’ve ever had! We enjoyed the lamb as well as the halibut and the cocktails were also perfection. Can’t wait to go again soon, and thank you again for a lovely evening!

We visited this amazing restaurant a few weeks ago right before they changed their menu. The dry-aged pork chop was soooo delicious Also tasty was the grilled duck and sea salt brownie. The service was excellent. They also have a beautiful outdoor seating area. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the Lake Oconee area!

Service every time has been top notch! The food has been amazing each time! The octopus appetizer with potatoes is amazing. Brussel sprouts and curly French fries are go to sides. I’ve got both of the seasonal pork chops, the kimchi Korean BBQ style was my favorite and . My wife has got the table steak each time and is delicious, cook to perfection and tender. Keep up the great job we need to keep a place like this in Lake Country. Make sure you make reservations ahead of time for best seat but I promise it will not disappoint.

During a recent visit to Georgia, my husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Table at the Lake. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone. It strikes that rare balance between upscale and welcoming. We started with the tuna crudo, which was delicate, fresh, and impeccably balanced. The wagyu & lamb meatballs were also delicious. For mains, I had the halibut and it was beautifully seared and melt-in-your-mouth tender. And then... the roasted sweet potatoes. I hesitate to even call them a “side”—these deserve their own spotlight. Smoky, sweet, creamy, and expertly seasoned, they were quite literally one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. The cocktails were equally well-executed—creative without being gimmicky. The food and drinks here are clearly crafted by someone who understands flavor on a deep level. And the service? Impeccable. Friendly, knowledgeable, and just attentive enough to make us feel cared for without being overbearing. A perfectly composed evening of fine food, warm atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. If you find yourself anywhere near Greensboro, GA, do yourself a favor and make a reservation.
